Our In-House Coordination will help coordinate efforts and work closely with all vendors contracted For Example.

Will make sure set-up/décor for ceremony and reception is according to couples specifications the day of the wedding.

Help instruct ushers on greeting guests and escorting procedures.

Have a kit with pins, safety pins and other necessities, should there be a need for them.

Help keep marriage license/ketubah, ring box and miscellaneous items for wedding couple and bridal party.

Help gather up items such as gifts and work with designated family member to give items at the end of the night.
Create a Detailed Timeline/Schedule and work closely with Couple for the following. Vendors will receive a copy and explanation of final plan one week prior to the Wedding or Event date.

and all Vendors arrival & departure times Coordinator also will serve as the point person for every vendor and helps direct the event from start to finish.
Our In House Coordinator will also help in the supervision of reception events, such as cake cutting, (working with photographer, D.J., Caterers) to cut the cake, throw the garter/bouquet and ease couple into dancing so that each event flows smoothly.
Coordinator will assure that all guest management is provided including reserved and assigned seating. Help organize and instruct, processional line -up and space wedding party for entrance accordingly.

You get access to our planning timeline and checklist so you can manage and hire your own vendors just as we would do for you as an All Inclusive full service hired planner.

Our Package includes everything our Á la Carte Package has to offer plus the planning, management, and execution of a Pre and Post Events. This could be a Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Cocktail Hour, Post Wedding Brunch, Tasting Etc.
With the All Inclusive Package we help hire and manage vendors involved with design aesthetics. We will create a design board, attend design meetings with you, and assist with your overall event budget. 90-days prior to your event we will communicate with all vendors to share important event details, then execute the event successfully on the day of with two event coordinators.
