If you would like to add a meal to your rehearsal we do have options available. All Alcohol may be purchase, but it is priced per drink so pricing will vary depending on the guests. Sodas and Water are additional as well. No Alcohol may be brought in or taken out of the premises.

Two hour Rehearsal without dinner or appetizers included. We will practice walking down the aisle. Show everyone where to stand and go over all the last minute details. The biggest thing about the rehearsal is to make sure you bring everything and anything you have for your wedding! We will actually set it all up and put it all out for you so you don’t have to stress on your big day! If you have a specific way you want it set-up we recommend you set up at home and take a picture so you can send them to us! Also if you have any special request for your big day this is a great time to remind us of all these requests!!

What’s Next?

Find out if your Special Day is available & Sign a Contract.

File a Deposit of $1000 Cash or Check is your best option to avoid Surcharges. This will be deducted from your total package.

Continue with payments according to agreement.

Set up and attend all Event Planning meetings. This can be done in parts or space out a month out and communicating. Discuss all the details of your Wedding in order for your event to be better managed.

Get your Wedding License and determine who you would like to perform your ceremony. We have our own officiate but if you want to use one that you rather have let us know.

We suggest you purchase event insurance. This can run you anywhere from $200 or so.
-
Book hair and makeup crew to help you look your best on your special day. We can recommend amazing wonderful Hair Dressers and Makeup Artists for Weddings and depending on your wants and needs we can suggest one especially for you.

Add an Alcohol Tab to your event or Open Bar. Let us know if you would like to add a drink tab while you get ready. There is a $500 Bar Minimum, if you have not set a limit this will be added prior to 90 Days of your event.

Vendors Included in this package have already been chosen for you. Vendors cannot be changed. Vendors hired by a Client that are not in our vendor list must be pre approved. All added Vendors Require a $150 flat fee and waiver.

We can receive payments in person or by mail. Payments are due on the 1st Day of Each Month & Must be fully paid 90 Days Prior to event.

All contracted vendors may not be removed after contract has been signed. Deposits are a promise to hold your event and are non-refundable.
