Wedding and Event Planning can be a monumental task to take on. Many clients choose to hire a professional to help in order to have the things in order. Since we are already familiar with our own vendors we have more insights to how to run things at The Ranch we welcome you to explore our In House One Stop Shop before you commit to any outside vendors. This a big plus when working with a budget. Don't get overwhelmed with the details of your Wedding or Event.

In addition to your Six meetings, you will receive plenty of information and helpful templates.
For your Stationary, Invites, Menu's, Thank you Cards etc.
You get access to our planning timeline and checklist so you can manage and hire your own vendors just as we would do for you as an All Inclusive full service hired planner.

All Inclusive Event Planner
If you want us to just take care of it all here's a package for you.
Our Package includes everything our Á la Carte Package has to offer plus the planning, management, and execution of a Pre and Post Events. This could be a Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Cocktail Hour, Post Wedding Brunch, Tasting Etc.
With the All Inclusive Package we help hire and manage vendors involved with design aesthetics. We will create a design board, attend design meetings with you, and assist with your overall event budget. 90-days prior to your event we will communicate with all vendors to share important event details, then execute the event successfully on the day of with two event coordinators.
Starting Rate is $4500
